1. Applicability

By placing an order, the consumer agrees to these general terms and conditions.

2. Product Information

We strive to describe our products as accurately and up to date as possible. However, obvious errors or typographical mistakes, such as writing or pricing errors, are not binding.

3. Orders and Payment

Orders are processed only after full payment has been received. Available payment methods may vary by country. The consumer is responsible for selecting an appropriate payment method.

4. Processing and Delivery

Processing Time: 4–5 business days

Delivery Time: On average, 3–10 business days, depending on the destination. Orders are shipped from our supplier in China.

Orders are fulfilled through our supplier, who is responsible for shipping and logistical handling of the order.

Import VAT, customs duties, and any customs clearance fees are fully covered by Harry & Emily London. No additional charges will be requested from the consumer after purchase.

Harry & Emily London remains responsible to the consumer until the order has been delivered to the specified shipping address.

5. Returns and Right of Withdrawal

For information regarding returns, the right of withdrawal, and related conditions, please refer to our Return Policy, which is always available on our website. The Return Policy forms an integral part of these terms and conditions.

6. Liability

Harry & Emily London is not liable for damages resulting from incorrect address information provided by the consumer. In all other cases, Harry & Emily London remains responsible for proper delivery in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including texts, images, logos, and designs, is the property of Harry & Emily London and may not be used without prior written permission.

8. Complaints Procedure

Complaints may be submitted in writing via email to info@harryemilylondon. We aim to respond within 5 business days.

9. Governing Law

These terms and conditions, as well as all contracts concluded under them, are governed by Dutch law. Any disputes shall be submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection rights.
