At Harry & Emily London, we are committed to ensuring customer satisfaction. However, we understand that there may be occasions when you need to return a product. This Return Policy clearly explains the conditions and procedures for returns.
Conditions for Returns

A return request can only be submitted after the item has been physically received.

Return shipping costs are entirely the responsibility of the customer, including any international shipping fees.

Items must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, and returned in their original condition with all tags still attached.

Trying on an item is permitted, but the item must not be worn or used beyond what is necessary to assess its nature, characteristics, and fit.

Products intentionally purchased in multiple sizes with the sole purpose of returning part of the order may not be eligible for return.
Return Procedure

You must notify us of your return request by emailing info@harryemilylondon.com within 30 days of receiving the item.

Once your request has been approved, the item must be returned to our supplier’s return address:

The customer is responsible for arranging and paying for the return shipment, including any customs duties, taxes, or import-related fees that may apply.

We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping service (track & trace) and retaining proof of shipment until the return process has been completed.
Refunds
Once the returned item has been received at the return address and inspected to confirm compliance with the return conditions, the purchase amount will be refunded within 14 days using the original payment method.
Liability

We are not responsible for lost return packages when the tracking information confirms delivery to the return address provided.

If an incorrect shipping address is supplied by the customer, the customer is responsible for any resulting issues or costs.

Any address correction requests must be communicated within 24 hours of placing the order.
