Shipping Method and Origin

All orders are shipped directly from our supplier in China. Products are dispatched from international fulfillment facilities and delivered to the shipping address provided by the customer.

Responsibility During Shipping

Harry & Emily London remains responsible for the order until it has been delivered to the customer at the specified delivery address.

If a package is marked as delivered according to the carrier's tracking information but cannot be located, customers should contact both the carrier and our customer support team for assistance.

Import Duties and Taxes

All orders are shipped from international warehouses located outside the European Union.

For customers within the European Union and other supported destinations, any applicable import VAT, customs duties, and customs clearance fees are covered by Harry & Emily London. Customers will not be required to pay additional import-related charges upon delivery.
